Hassan Centenary Terraces Phase 2: Your Completion Guide

Having patiently waited for some time, purchasers at phase 2 of Hassan Centenary Terraces are now being called to collect Completion Notices.
The Conveyancing Team at Charles Gomez & Co is organised to deal with the 150 or so families we represent to ensure that this last stretch before the keys are handed over is trouble free and marks happy new beginnings.
The Conveyancing Team have put together the below step-by-step guide for all our clients:
1 Once you receive a Completion Notice from GRP, please forward this immediately to us.
2 Once we are in receipt of the Completion Notice, we will request from GRP the drafts and completion statement which we will then send to you for review and approval.
3 Once we receive your approval, we will request the originals from GRP and once received we will contact the bank for them to provide us with your completion date.
4 A few days before completion, we will ask you to come to our office to sign the original documents.
5 On the day of completion, we will receive the funds from the bank which we will then transfer to GRP (usually the same day) and will confirm the transfer to them.
6 GRP will then advise us on when you can collect the keys from them (usually the following day from when they receive the funds).
