Daniel graduated with a Joint BA Honours in Law and History from the University of Keele, England. He completed his Bar Professional Studies at the Nottingham Law School University in 2003. He is a member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple and was called to the Bar of England and Wales and Gibraltar in 2003.

Daniel’s track record of work includes, Landlord & Tenant disputes, Property Litigation, drafting Commercial contracts and EU Law. He has developed a breadth of expertise in many aspects of corporate, commercial and private client work in the last decade. He became an Associate practitioner with Charles A. Gomez & Co Chambers in May 2012 and has since then been working in several litigation matters, including Medical Negligence, Contractual Disputes, Admiralty Law and Property possession claims. Daniel also has experience in both Corporate and Personal Insolvency work and Employment disputes.
